Different Types of Disabilities


It is the inability to see. Visual impairment or low vision is a severe reduction in vision that cannot be corrected with standard glasses or contact lenses and reduces a person's ability to function at certain or all tasks. [medical-dictionary]

Hearing loss is a partial or total inability to hear. It is caused by many different factors, including but not limited to age, noise, illness, chemicals and physical trauma.



Intellectual disability (ID) or general learning disability is a generalized disorder appearing before adulthood, characterized by significantly impaired cognitive functioning and deficits in two or more adaptive behaviors. Intellectual disability is also known as mental retardation (MR), although this older term is becoming less popular.

  1. even though there has become many advancements in the way of treating mental Disorders at the past 50 years, there may be still a certain stigma surrounding your own views in mental illness. Most of the people still mistakenly believe It anyone using a mental illness can be simply lazy or they will certainly location blame on the parents whether or not your current patient is usually a child.Community Mobbing
